Our large sample boards can also be borrowed, allowing you to view your preferred flooring in your own home and in different lighting conditions.
A Detailed Home Survey
Once you have chosen your preferred flooring, we will arrange a comprehensive home survey.
During the survey, we will take accurate measurements and assess important practical details, including:
The condition and suitability of the subfloor
Existing floor coverings and their removal
Finished floor heights and door openings
Skirting boards, trims and thresholds
Installation methods and laying direction
Underfloor heating, where applicable
Access, waste removal and other project requirements
Following the survey, you will receive a fully itemised quotation tailored to your home and chosen flooring.
Professionally Managed from Start to Finish
Once your project is confirmed, we will place your flooring into production, coordinate delivery and schedule the installation.
Our experienced wooden flooring fitters will prepare and install your floor with meticulous attention to detail. Where included within your quotation, we can also take care of subfloor preparation, removal of existing floor coverings, fitting trims and skirting, and disposing of installation waste.
By managing both the supply and installation, we can ensure that the flooring, preparation materials and fitting methods are all considered together—giving your new wooden floor the best possible foundation.
Our Comprehensive Warranty
For complete peace of mind, our supply and installation service includes a comprehensive warranty covering your flooring, installation, materials and associated products.
Should you experience a problem following installation, we will investigate it and work with you to reach an appropriate resolution. A warranty certificate will be provided when your project is complete.
