Choosing Your Wooden Floor

Selecting a wooden floor involves much more than choosing a colour. The timber, construction, grade, width, texture and finish will all influence its appearance and suitability.

Ordering and Delivery

Once your flooring has been selected and the required quantity confirmed, we will place your order into production and coordinate delivery to your home, project or preferred address.

Before fitting begins, we will provide the relevant product and installation information for your chosen floor. Our knowledgeable team will also be available to answer questions and offer guidance to you or your appointed flooring installer.

As many of our floors are produced or finished specifically for each project, lead times can vary. We will explain the anticipated production and delivery schedule before your order is confirmed.

Working With Your Chosen Installer

Our supply-only service is ideal if you already have an experienced wooden flooring installer or would prefer to manage the installation independently.

Wooden flooring must be stored, prepared and installed correctly to ensure its long-term performance. We therefore recommend using a suitably experienced flooring professional who understands subfloor preparation, moisture testing, acclimatisation, expansion requirements and the installation method required for your chosen product.

Your installer should inspect the flooring, site conditions and subfloor before installation begins and follow the product and fitting guidance provided.

Aftercare and Maintenance

Our support does not end when your flooring is delivered.

Following installation, we will provide professional aftercare and maintenance advice to help protect the natural beauty and performance of your wooden floor. We can also advise on suitable cleaning and maintenance products for its particular finish.

With the correct care, a high-quality wooden floor can become a lasting part of your home, developing its own character and story over many years.
